Dear Nomads,
We have been invited to participate in a 4 team Round-Robin 11-a-side tourney hosted by “Dragoman FK”. The veteran’s team of “Dragoman FK”, “Sofia Celtic” (Donald’s Ducks) & “Bulatsa FC” will be the other 3 teams participating.
The format will be a round robin tournament with each team playing 3 x 40 min games (20 mins per half), so an overall playing time of 120 mins per team. There will be 1 referee and 2 linesmen as well as a pitch-side doctor.
It’s always a great day out and many of the locals including the mayor will come down to add to the atmosphere.
There will be food and drinks available at the pitch-side, so feel free to invite friends along.

Cost: 15 leva per player – all extra pitch/tourney costs will be covered by the club.
Squad Size: No limit, however, members will be prioritised.
Cancellation Deadline: 23:00 (11pm) on Thursday, 8th May 2025
Pitch: Grass (see pics above).
Pitch Location: About 30 mins drive from Sofia (see map above).

Let’s get a decent Nomads squad together – for 4 game 11 a side outdoor tournament we’ll need minimuum 13 players ideally 15/16 with a dedicated experienced Goalkeeper.
Always a nice day out, and the hosts are really friendly people.
Kostadin = 9.
Very good player who has a great engine.
Ryan and Michael from Sofia Celtic will cover in goal for us.
So 10 at the moment and getting some other players to join.
Milan = 11 so far.
Fhernando = 12

I think anymore would be unfair to the players who already registered, but up to the mods.

All teams must arrive at least 45 minutes before their scheduled games!
There are changing rooms in the main stand and parking is available about couple of hundred of metres from the pitch and also at the Hotel which is close-by.

The mayor and a lot of the town will be at the event and a hot food and beverages unit will be on site.

Nomads play in Blue kit.
If you don’t have a Nomads Blue kit please shout so we can try to find some spare shirts to cover the whole squad…
Hey guys. Change of plans for me and I will not be in Bulgaria until the week after, unfortunately.
I’ll pop by for a after footy beer on a training session then and say hi.
