Dear Sofia Nomads,

After another year of blood, sweat and tears (& that’s just off the pitch), our much anticipated & long awaited “Annual Xmas Party” is just around the corner!..

Thank you to all those that voted – our hosts from last year’s party will be expecting us once again at “The Muse” (ul. “Bacho Kiro” 24) on Saturday, 14th December, from 20:30 onwards…

THEME: It’ll be a combination of “Wacky Tacky Sweater” & “Let’s Get Elfed!”… Translation = put on your best Xmas outfit/jumper (prize for winner) & prepare to get DRUNK! 😀

FOOD: We’ve opted to skip the “sophisticated group dinner” and focus funds on the stuff that really matters – DRINKS! 😀 Some snacks will be provided and guests can bring any food they’d like to eat into the bar (i.e. takeout from nearby places) but a set dinner will not be provided. We recommend eating before you come!

DRINKS: The club will get every member some FREE drinks. Please approach one of the moderators on the night (when you arrive & before rushing to the bar) and they’ll explain how it works – we have put a simple “token system” in place to ensure it’s fair for all.

AWARDS: As always, the infamous awards ceremony will take place, however, this year all voting will be done on the night. We’ll aim to start the awards ceremony around 21:30, so make sure you come before then! 🙂

TICKETS: This year’s contribution is 10 BGN per person & partners are of course welcome too… Please add “+1” in comments below to add your partner to the guest list… For payment, please hand over cash to one of the moderators whenever you have the chance, preferably before the below deadline.

DEADLINE: 23:00 (11pm) on 8 December 2019
This deadline applies to both registration and cancellation. Obviously there is a fair bit of prep-work that goes into such an event and last minute changes can cause issues. Subsequently, the following applies:

REGISTRATION: If you register after the above deadline, or show up on the night without prior registration, you are welcome to join (10 BGN ticket will be charged on the night), however, do not expect to receive any free drinks as mentioned above.

CANCELATION / NO-SHOW: if you are registered after the above deadline and then cancel your booking or do not show up, not only will you be missing out on a great night, you’ll also still be charged the 10 BGN per person contribution (including +1’s if applicable).

To end on a more positive note, a little poem to summarise;

Dress to impress in your ‘holiday worst’
& bring along good cheer,
in return for your efforts we’ll plaster your presence
with wine, whiskey & beer!
