Match Details:

  • Match Fee = 10 BGN
  • Kick-Off is at 11:00. Please arrive at 10:50 latest so that we can start on time.
  • Repeated Lateness = Ban & Fine.
  • We play BLUES vs WHITES. Teams will be posted in comments below.
  • Players 1-12 in below squad list will play (after applying members priority).
  • Players 13-18 are subs/back-ups that will only play IF called up to replace a cancellation.
  • GK Rotation Time = 15 mins.
  • Registration & Cancellation:
    • DEADLINE = 23:00 (11pm) on the Thursday before the game.
    • Before The Deadline:
      1. Paid members will receive priority over unpaid members, friends of members & guest players (moving above them in the squad list).
      2. You can cancel your booking without responsibility or consequence.
    • After The Deadline:
      1. If you are in the below squad list, you are considered to be ‘committed to the game’.
      2. If there is space, friends & guests can be invited on a ‘1st come, 1st serve’ basis, but they must be confirmed with, and by, one of the MATCH ORGANISERS.
      3. If you are due to play but cancel your booking without following the proper procedure & confirming the next sub/finding a replacement, you’ll be issued a ban & fine.
      4. If you are listed as a sub but unavailable when called, you’ll be issued a ban & fine.
      5. If you are due to play but do not show up, you’ll be issued a ban & fine.
      6. Repeat offences may result in your membership being reviewed/revoked.
    • Cancelling Your Booking:
      1. You must remove your name from the squad list. Make sure you are logged in first.
      2. Select ‘EVENTS’ -> ‘MY BOOKINGS’ from the menu above. Alternatively, click on the ‘MANAGE MY BOOKINGS’ link below the squad list.
      3. Click on the ‘CANCEL’ link next to the booking you wish to cancel.
      4. Click ‘YES’ to confirm your cancellation – you will receive a confirmation email.

    I could see that you were last active on the website 10 days ago.
    Please, confirm your participation by 11.00 a.m. On Friday.
    If you don’t the next guys on the list will play.
    It’s your first game so we’d like to make sure that you actually turn up.

  4. Hi, I was active less than 10 days ago and Fabrizio and I booked a spot more than a week ago.
    We didn’t know we had to confirm and we weren’t notified. It’s not written on the page that we have to confirm. Also someone from the group sent me an e-mail and but never responded to my questions.
    We wish to play as we have booked our spot as shown above. I am number 8 and Fabrizio is 7.

    Please advice.

  5. Hi,
    We always check that new people confirm their participation to make sure that we don’t have ghosts players. I tried to get in touch with both of you but to no avail and that’s why I posted a message on the website hoping you’d see it in time.
    Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait any longer as we had to make the teams and make sure that we have a proper 6v6 game. Next players on the list needed to know whether they’re playing or not in order to plan their weekend accordingly.

    I don’t think this fair at all. We booked our spots 2 weeks in advance so we made sure to have time to be able to play tomorrow. There is nothing on this page that says we have to confirm our booking. From what I understand, once we are booked we have a spot if we are among the first 12 registrations. We have followed your protocols appropriately. I don’t think you tried to contact me at all. My phone number is in my profile for a reason (and yours is not reachable). You can’t expect us to be on this site 24/7 as we have other lives and to live. Either your system has a hole or you didn’t try hard enough to contact us.

    Please fix this or I will have to give you a negative review.

    Let me put it straight, it’s not me who should try hard enough to contact you. I asked you nicely to confirm and you hadn’t done it in time.

    It clearly states: ‘Paid members always have priority over people who haven’t paid membership fee’

  8. I know paid members have priority. I can read Daniel.
    That is not the issue. The issue is it doesn’t say anywhere otherwise that we had to confirm our booking twice.
    If you write a comment (ask us) here, there is no way for us know that you did and that we needed to answer your question as we weren’t notified. Like I said, I had no obligation to check up on my status as I believe we had followed your protocol. Either way, you have my phone number and e-mail now.

    Next time to you see us on the list, please expect us to attend unless paid members want to pay, then I understand. Likewise, I didn’t see you asking confirmation from others.

    If you can’t see the difference between asking new guys, that I’ve never seen before, to confirm and not asking regular players to do so, there’s no way I can explain it to you.
    We’ve had this situation before. A new guy puts his name down and never turns up. If you see me asking you to confirm as a problem, there’s nothing I can do here.

    There is a simple solution and I strongly suggest this. There is a hole in your system and you just need to write, “For first-timers, please double confirm your registration to reserve your spot.” Simple, done.

  11. This site is ridiculous ahah and I’m sorry Daniel, but your argumentation is very poor. You have to write the rules, it’s very easy. We want only to suggest you, and that’s all, because you won’t see us in here anymore. Fortunately.
